3P (Personalized Performance Preparation) was built on a simple belief: any student who wants speech or debate coaching should have the chance to grow—no matter their background or budget. Our coaching team includes national finalists, state champions, and some of the most creative minds in forensics today, all united by a shared commitment to equity and access.
At 3P, coaching is a true collaboration. We don’t write or cut pieces for students—we teach them how to do it themselves. Our job is to sharpen their research, delivery, and critical thinking so they can own their performance long after a single tournament or season.
